We will be camping on the water at Clinton Lake (near Lawrence, KS). Students will learn how to photograph sunsets, reflections and how to experiment with depth of field in natural settings. Supper provided by KDH STUDIOS and then additional training on extended night shots.
Early morning mist provides a unique photo opportunity.
Students will then either return to the studio to work on images or continue the course from home. We end the second day of the workshop with lunch downtown (dutch).
Students continue to work on their images from home with the digital instruction given and we meet on-line in the virtual classroom the following Friday to share our work. Exceptional images will be professionally printed by KDH STUDIOS and the photographer will receive a discount on our next expedition. (future workshops: cityscapes & ruins, animals & the super-lens)
Please contact us with any questions about our course or instructor. A variety of meeting dates will be sent to you by email upon purchase of this course. If you do not receive the information within two days, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Most supplies are student provided, but if you need a particular item you may borrow it from the studio. Supplies suggested for this course: digital or film camera, tent and other camping needs, any connections cords or card readers needed to place images on our computers, extra batteries.
